Disc wont load anymore if net connected

hi, i hope theres still somebody here. Can somebody please tell me whats going on with the Skynet edtion? I'm in the UK and have the Optimum release. The disc just goes onto a perpetual look for updates whe i insert it. Optimim havent responded to my quieries.
Is the BDLive for this taken down? Is that why the disc wont load while the player'ss till net onnected? I'm hoping this is some kind of temporary glitch, as theres some good BDlive content on the disc.
